General Policy

Fardad operates a strict no-exchange policy since all pieces are made to order. Exchanges will only be considered in rare circumstances where an incorrect item has been dispatched to the customer.

Returns

Fardad does not typically accept returns unless an item is found to be defective. In such cases, customers are required to inform Fardad within 48 hours of receiving the item and must provide clear evidence of the defect, such as photos or videos. If the claim is approved, customers are responsible for shipping the item back at their own cost. Upon inspection, Fardad may offer a replacement or, in exceptional cases, a refund. However, refunds are at the brand’s discretion and are issued only in rare instances.
